چکیده
The climatic changes that the middle Moulouya region of Morocco has undergone in recent years, demographic growth and development urbanization have led to a significant decrease reserves water can be mobilized for domestic agricultural uses. This deficit, between availability need water, will only increase with increasing needs consuming sectors. main objective is follow physical-chemical evolution raw wastewater city Outat El Haj. Sampling took place over 12 months (2014-2015). study urban discharges from Haj made it possible define pollution ratio per inhabitant 17 21 mg/hab.day BOD5 concentration 525 mg/l 2125 pH values near neutrality. COD/BOD5 1.92 2.04, shows biodegradability effluents, may treated by biological system such as stabilization ponds found nationwide. obtained are above discharge standards recommended WHO Moroccan standards. At end this research, turned out lousy quality very bad.
